Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are easy and free. We will gladly accept a return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

The LivLuxe Designs team proudly stands behind the items offered on our website, and your satisfaction is our number one goal. The LivLuxe Designs online store features a curated collection of products that are individually selected by our design team based on style, uniqueness, and exceptional quality. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with one of your selections, we will gladly refund your purchase under the following guidelines:

Unwanted items must begin their return transit within 14 business days of the initial delivery confirmation. Please reference “How to Make a Return” for specific instructions.

– Returned goods are only accepted if returned in the original packaging and are in unused condition.

Furniture items over $250 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Any damage or defective item claim must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.  In the event of either visible or concealed damage, please take photographs of the following: all merchandise damage AND pictures of the packaging (inner and outer). LivLuxe will not process a replacement order without photographic documentation. Photographs can be emailed to customerservice@livluxe.com. In all cases of damage, please keep the original packaging and the damaged item(s) as they may be needed to substantiate a claim with the shipper. All items must be kept at the delivery location until further notified.  We reserve the right to deny a damage claim in the event we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery.  We may be notified by phone 1-844-LIV-LUXE (548-5893) or email.

– All custom and final sale merchandise are final sales, without exception.

– Refunds will be issued no later than 72 hours after the return delivery confirmation (upon satisfactory inspection of the returned merchandise).

 

How To Make A Return

– Not completely happy with your purchase? Email us to request a return. We will send a UPS return delivery label with easy return instructions within 24 hours.

– Place a copy of your order invoice (originally emailed to you) with your return. If you need help with this, simply contact us. We are here to help make returns as easy as possible.

– If you do not have a copy of your original invoice, please include a piece of paper with your full name and address, phone number and last four digits of your order number.

– Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging. Adhere the return shipping label to the outside of the package, and drop it to your nearest UPS shipping facility.

– We highly recommend insurance of your package(s), as any damage resulting from return transit are the customer’s sole responsibility.

Order Cancellations

All orders are subject to a 24-hour cancellation window. This must be enforced as we immediately secure and allocate merchandise to a given order on a first come, first serve basis. This helps minimize lead times, adhere to displayed product availability windows, and avoid backorders. Furniture cancellations that occur 24 hours after initial order placement are subject to the restocking fees detailed in the “Returns & Exchanges” section.

Customer service is the cornerstone of our boutique business. Please know that we always alert our customers if an expected shipping timeframe changes from a previously confirmed or listed availability. Once provided with any revised information, customers are entitled to cancel an order independent of the initial 24-hour window cancellation policy.

On occasion, we may need to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

– An item will not ship within the original or reconfirmed availability window.

– An item becomes indefinitely backordered.

– There was a pricing or product information error with an item in your order.

– An item gets discontinued by one of our suppliers.

If an order does need to be cancelled for one of the above reasons, no charges will be applied to your credit card. We will notify you immediately if a cancellation is necessary.
